- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the South African National Treasury regulations and the Value Added Tax Act (Act No. 89 of 1991) of the Republic of South Africa. All amounts are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR / R).
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, compounded monthly, as stipulated under the South African National Credit Act.
- All services rendered by Professor Nkosi are subject to the academic integrity policies of the University of Johannesburg and the ethical guidelines of the South African Research Ethics Committee (SAREC). Any intellectual property developed during the course of this engagement shall be governed by the separate Intellectual Property Agreement dated 10 January 2025.
- Professor Nkosi reserves the right to publish findings, data, and outcomes arising from this research engagement in peer-reviewed academic journals, provided that a minimum of ninety (90) days' prior written notice is given to Meridian Corporate Research Group (Pty) Ltd for proprietary information review.
- This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of South African revenue accounting. The VAT amount stated herein is recoverable by the recipient in accordance with South African tax law, provided the recipient is a registered VAT vendor.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved through the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court or, alternatively, through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Act No. 42 of 1965).
- Professor Nkosi confirms that all services were personally rendered or directly supervised by her in her capacity as a full-time Professor at the University of Johannesburg, and that no portion of this Invoice represents payment for services performed outside the agreed scope.
- Should any portion of this Invoice be found to be invalid or unenforceable under South African law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Nkosi, PhD, hereby confirm that this Invoice accurately reflects the professional academic and research services rendered by me in Johannesburg, South Africa, during the period specified above. I declare that all information contained in this document is true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
