Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract Reference: SNRC-CON-2025-0091) executed between Professor Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim El-Tahir and the Sudanese National Research Council, both parties being resident in Sudan Khartoum, Republic of the Sudan.
- The Professor warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed to the highest academic and professional standards consistent with the norms of the University of Khartoum and the Sudanese Engineering Council.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Sudanese commercial law applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
- All intellectual property, reports, and deliverables produced by the Professor under this engagement remain the property of the Sudanese National Research Council upon full settlement of this Invoice.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates reflecting current Sudan Khartoum market conditions.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Sudanese Arbitration Centre located in Sudan Khartoum, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act of 2005.
- The Professor confirms that all tax obligations related to the services rendered in Sudan Khartoum have been declared and remitted in compliance with the National Revenue Authority of Sudan.
