- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, reports, software modules, and intellectual property created by the Professor during the course of this engagement remain the property of the Professor unless otherwise specified in the master consulting agreement. - Confidentiality: The Professor acknowledges and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, unpublished research, and internal strategies of ETH Zürich shared during the course of this engagement, in accordance with Swiss data protection law (DSG / nDSG) and the terms of the mutual non-disclosure agreement executed on 1 February 2025.
- Compliance: This invoice and the services described herein comply with all applicable Swiss federal and cantonal regulations, including the Swiss Federal Act on Research and Innovation (FORS), the University of Zurich code of conduct for external consultancy, and the ETH Zürich procurement guidelines for academic services in Zurich, Switzerland.
