  • Intellectual Property: All research outputs, reports, software modules, and intellectual property created by the Professor during the course of this engagement remain the property of the Professor unless otherwise specified in the master consulting agreement.   • Confidentiality: The Professor acknowledges and agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, unpublished research, and internal strategies of ETH Zürich shared during the course of this engagement, in accordance with Swiss data protection law (DSG / nDSG) and the terms of the mutual non-disclosure agreement executed on 1 February 2025.
