Invoice Notes:
This Invoice is issued by Professor Dr. Ahmet Yılmaz in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant provisions of the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu). All services described herein were rendered by the Professor in his capacity as an independent academic consultant operating from Istanbul, Turkey. The Professor confirms that all intellectual property rights associated with the deliverables specified in this Invoice shall remain with the Professor unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. The client is reminded that this Invoice must be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years in compliance with Turkish record-keeping regulations applicable to all commercial transactions conducted in Turkey Istanbul and its metropolitan districts.

Terms and Conditions Governing This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional academic services rendered by the Professor to the client. The Professor warrants that all services were performed with due professional diligence and in accordance with the standards expected of a senior academic in Turkey Istanbul.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Issue Date stated on this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate determined by the Turkish Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
- The Professor reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future services if payment for this Invoice or any prior Invoice remains outstanding beyond the due date.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Istanbul, Turkey. The applicable law shall be the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the Issue Date. After this period, the Professor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if statutory rates have changed.
- The client acknowledges that the Professor operates as a self-employed academic professional and is not an employee, agent, or partner of the client. This Invoice does not create any employment relationship between the parties.
- Any amendments to this Invoice must be made in writing and signed by both the Professor and an authorized representative of the client. Verbal modifications shall have no legal effect.
- The Professor shall issue a duplicate Invoice upon written request from the client, provided that the original Invoice has been lost or destroyed. The duplicate shall bear the notation "DUPLICATE – İKİNCİ SURET" in accordance with Turkish invoicing regulations.
