Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Professor Ahmed Al Mansoori, a registered academic consultant operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is subject to the terms outlined in Contract CT-2025-0891. The total amount of AED 198,790.00 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Emirates NBD Bank, Account Name: Dr. Professor Ahmed Al Mansoori, IBAN: AE0702400000000000000001, SWIFT: EMBAEADN.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with UAE commercial law.
- All services rendered by the Professor are subject to the intellectual property provisions of the master service agreement. Deliverables including curriculum materials, research publications, and workshop content remain the joint property of both parties as stipulated in the contract.
- This Invoice must be retained for a minimum period of five (5) years in compliance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority record-keeping requirements.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts or by arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
- The Professor reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received within the stipulated due date. A written notice of 7 days will be issued prior to any suspension.
