Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of the Master Services Agreement (Contract Ref: MSC-2025-PROF-019) executed between Professor Eleanor Margaret Whitfield and Meridian Strategic Consulting Ltd. on 28 February 2025.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in compliance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in the United Kingdom.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Professor in her capacity as an independent academic consultant. The Professor retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, frameworks, and original research outputs unless otherwise stipulated in the governing contract.
- This Invoice is subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations of the United Kingdom. The Professor is registered for VAT purposes with HM Revenue & Customs (VAT Registration No: GB 456789123).
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with Birmingham, United Kingdom, designated as the primary venue for any arbitration proceedings.
- The Professor reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date stated on this Invoice. A written notice of fourteen (14) days will be issued prior to any suspension.
