Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement (Contract No. ANDA-2025-0112) between Meridian Project Solutions Ltd. and the Afghanistan National Development Authority for the provision of a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the Kabul Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation Phase II project.
All services rendered by the Project Manager during the billing period of May 2025 have been completed in full compliance with the project scope defined in the Afghanistan Kabul municipal development plan. The Project Manager has submitted all required weekly progress reports, field inspection records, and financial documentation as stipulated in the contract terms.
This Invoice must be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the Afghanistan Kabul commercial regulations governing professional services contracts.
The Project Manager services described in this Invoice are non-transferable and are rendered exclusively for the Afghanistan Kabul project site. Any additional scope beyond the contracted deliverables will be subject to a separate change order and supplementary Invoice.
