Payment Terms & Important Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. MSP-2025-0112) between Andes Project Solutions S.R.L. and Meridian Industrial Group S.A., governing the provision of Project Manager services for the industrial expansion project located in the Córdoba province of Argentina.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the following account: Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU: 0110001000001234567890, CUIT: 30-71234567-8. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00487 in all payment communications.
Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations, as per Argentine law. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply after the due date of July 15, 2025.
All Project Manager services described in this Invoice were performed in compliance with the professional ethics code of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Córdoba and applicable Argentine labor and commercial regulations. The Project Manager maintains full professional liability insurance coverage (Póliza N° 2025-CD-8891) valid throughout the service period in Argentina Córdoba.
This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document under Argentine tax law (Ley de Facturación 24.779). The recipient is entitled to request a duplicate copy from the issuer within ninety (90) days. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Córdoba, Argentina.
