Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between Apex Project Solutions Pty Ltd and Meridian Infrastructure Group Ltd for the provision of Project Manager services in Australia Brisbane.
2. All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%, as required under the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations for registered GST entities.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms of the MSA and the Australian Consumer Law.
4. The Project Manager services described in this Invoice were delivered by David Thompson, PMP, under the supervision of the Apex Project Solutions Brisbane office. All work was performed in compliance with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4903:2000 for project management.
5. Any disputes regarding this Invoice should be directed to the billing department within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Failure to respond will be taken as acceptance of the charges listed herein.
6. This Invoice constitutes a tax invoice as defined by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and satisfies all requirements for the recipient to claim GST input tax credits.
7. The Project Manager engagement for the Australia Brisbane Riverfront Development Phase II is scheduled to continue through December 2025, with subsequent Invoices to be issued on a monthly basis.
