Invoice Terms & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Project Management Services Agreement (Contract Ref: HVG-PM-2025-003) between Meridian Project Solutions Pty Ltd and Harbourview Development Group Pty Ltd, governing the engagement of a Project Manager for the Melbourne CBD Mixed-Use Development Phase 2 project located in Australia Melbourne.
- Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to Meridian Project Solutions Pty Ltd, BSB: 062-000, Account No: 1234 5678, Bank: Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Melbourne VIC.
- Payment Due: This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of issue, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Victorian Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.
- Late Payment: Interest on overdue amounts will accrue at the rate of 10% per annum, compounded monthly, as stipulated in the Project Manager engagement contract.
- Retention: A 5% retention amount of $2,930.40 has been withheld in accordance with Clause 14.2 of the contract and will be released upon final acceptance of all Project Manager deliverables and completion of the 12-month defects liability period.
- GST: All amounts are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax at the current Australian rate of 10%, as required by the Australian Taxation Office for registered GST entities operating in Australia Melbourne.
- Disputes: Any queries regarding this Invoice should be directed to the billing department within seven (7) business days. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of the governing contract, with jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Melbourne.
