Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of our Senior Project Manager, Eng. Farhana Akter, for the period of January 2025 through June 2025. All Project Manager duties were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 05 January 2025, executed in Bangladesh Dhaka.
The Project Manager has fulfilled all contractual obligations including weekly progress meetings, monthly performance reviews, and the final project closure documentation. All site inspections were conducted within the designated Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area as per the project scope.
Please note that this Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any payment received after the due date of 30 June 2025 will be subject to a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master agreement.
All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). VAT and Service Tax have been applied as per the prevailing tax regulations of the National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of the Master Service Agreement between Apex Project Management Ltd. and the client, executed in Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. The Project Manager services described herein are non-transferable and were personally rendered by the assigned Project Manager.
3. All intellectual property, reports, and documentation produced by the Project Manager during the engagement period remain the property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
5. This Invoice must be accompanied by a valid Tax Invoice receipt for accounting purposes in Bangladesh.
