Terms & Conditions – Project Manager Services Invoice
- This Invoice covers professional Project Manager services rendered by VanCore Project Management Inc. in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for the period of May 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025.
- All Project Manager deliverables, including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and stakeholder communication logs, have been submitted to the client in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated March 10, 2025.
- The Project Manager services described in this Invoice are subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property provisions outlined in Section 7 of the MSA. All project documentation remains the property of Northwest Digital Solutions Ltd. upon full payment of this Invoice.
- Taxes are calculated in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines. The 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied at the federal level, and the 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is applied as mandated by the Province of British Columbia for services rendered in Vancouver.
- Any disputes regarding the scope, hours, or rates listed on this Invoice must be raised in writing within 14 business days of the Invoice date. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the charges as stated.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
- VanCore Project Management Inc. reserves the right to suspend ongoing Project Manager services if payment is not received by the due date stated above, subject to a 5-business-day written notice to the client.
