Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Congolese Francs (CDF) via bank transfer to the following account:

Please note that late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the commercial code of the Democratic Republic of Congo. All amounts are quoted in Congolese Francs (CDF) and are subject to applicable DR Congo tax regulations.
Important Notes
This Invoice covers the full-time engagement of a certified Project Manager for the period of January through March 2025. The Project Manager has been assigned exclusively to the Kinshasa Urban Road Rehabilitation Programme and has fulfilled all deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 05 January 2025.
All services were rendered in compliance with the professional standards of the Congolese Association of Project Management Professionals (ACGPM) and the regulatory framework of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Project Manager maintained a minimum of 90% on-site presence in Kinshasa throughout the billing period.
This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable currency adjustments or tax rate changes in DR Congo may be issued.
