Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Horizon Project Consulting PLC for the professional services rendered by our designated Project Manager, Ms. Selamawit Bekele, in connection with the Addis Ababa Urban Development Initiative. All services were performed in Ethiopia Addis Ababa in full compliance with the Ethiopian Labour Proclamation and the National Project Management Standards.
The Project Manager was responsible for end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. All deliverables, progress reports, and stakeholder meeting minutes have been submitted to the client's project office at Arat Kilo, Addis Ababa, prior to the issuance of this Invoice.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Payment must be received in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account specified above. The client is requested to process this Invoice through their accounts payable department within the stipulated due date to avoid any contractual penalties.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Project Manager engagement shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Court in accordance with Ethiopian law. This document constitutes a legally binding financial record and must be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority.
