Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract No: MDC-APX-2025-014) governing the Project Manager services rendered by Apex Project Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Meridian Infrastructure Development Corp. in India New Delhi.
- Payment is due within 15 days from the Invoice date via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account mentioned below.
- Bank: State Bank of India, Connaught Place Branch, New Delhi, India. A/C No: 30154872961. IFSC: SBIN0001234.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will apply on the outstanding Invoice balance after the due date.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting applicable tax changes.
- All Project Manager services described herein are subject to the scope of work defined in Annexure A of the contract. Any additional services will be billed via a supplementary Invoice.
- The client acknowledges that the Project Manager engagement is governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
