Terms & Conditions – Invoice for Project Manager Services in Tehran, Iran
This Invoice (INV-THR-2025-0472) is issued by Tehran Project Management Solutions Co. for professional Project Manager services rendered to Persian Infrastructure Development Group. All services were performed within the administrative boundaries of Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the contractual agreement dated 10 Bahman 1403 (January 30, 2025).
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Iranian commercial law.

- Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the directives of the Iranian National Tax Administration. The 9% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied as mandated by the 1403 fiscal year tax code of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
