Terms and Conditions – Invoice INV-BGH-2025-0472
1. This Invoice is issued by Al-Rafidain Project Management Consultants for professional Project Manager services rendered in Iraq Baghdad under Contract No. CT-BGH-2025-0034. All services were performed in accordance with the scope of work defined in the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025.
2. Payment of this Invoice shall be made within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Iraqi commercial law and the terms of the governing contract.
3. The Project Manager services described herein include full-time on-site presence in Baghdad, Iraq, during working hours (Saturday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), as well as remote administrative support on Fridays. Any additional hours or services beyond the contracted scope shall be invoiced separately with prior written approval from the client.
4. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). The exchange rate reference for international settlement, if applicable, shall be the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) official rate on the date of payment.
5. This Invoice is subject to the general terms and conditions of the master service agreement. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts invoiced, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in Baghdad, Iraq, before resorting to arbitration under the Iraqi Arbitration Law No. 12 of 1970.
6. The Project Manager warrants that all services have been performed with reasonable skill, care, and in compliance with all applicable Iraqi federal and Baghdad municipal regulations. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of project completion but rather a billing statement for services rendered during the specified period.
