Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract No. TR-2025-PM-003) executed between RM Project Solutions S.r.l. and Telematica Roma S.p.A. on 10 April 2025, governing the provision of Project Manager professional services for the duration of the "Roma Digital Infrastructure" project.
All Project Manager services described herein were performed in Rome, Italy, in full compliance with the applicable Italian labor regulations, professional conduct codes, and the terms stipulated in the referenced contract. The Project Manager assigned to this engagement holds valid professional registration with the Order of Engineers of Rome and maintains full professional liability insurance as required by Italian law.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account specified below. Please reference Invoice No. INV/2025/0047 in the transfer description.
- Late Payment: In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) in accordance with Article 1339 of the Italian Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions.
- Tax Treatment: This Invoice is subject to the standard Italian VAT rate of 22% (IVA). No withholding tax (ritenuta d'acconto) has been applied as the service is rendered between two Italian corporate entities under the reverse charge mechanism not applicable in this domestic transaction.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
