Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Gulf Strategic Project Management LLC, a company duly registered in the State of Kuwait, for professional Project Manager services rendered at the project site located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The following terms govern the payment and acceptance of this Invoice:
- Payment Terms: Payment of the full net amount stated in this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- Bank Details: Kuwait National Bank, Account Name: Gulf Strategic Project Management LLC, IBAN: KW81 KNBK 0000 1234 5678 9012 3456, SWIFT: KNBK KW KW.
- Late Payment: Any amount not received by the due date shall be subject to a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
- Withholding Tax: The 10% withholding tax has been deducted in accordance with the Kuwait Public Authority for Income Tax regulations. The client is responsible for remitting the withheld amount to the relevant tax authority.
- Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying Project Manager services agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Services described herein were performed under Contract No. ANC-GSPM-2025-003 and are non-refundable once rendered.
- Scope Confirmation: The Project Manager services detailed in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the scope of work, deliverables, and milestones outlined in the master service agreement signed on 10 April 2025 in Kuwait Kuwait City.
