Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Project Solutions SARL, Bank of Africa (BMCE), Casablanca Branch, RIB: 007 600 0001234567890 12, IBAN: MA64 0076 0000 0123 4567 8901 2.
Failure to settle this Invoice by the due date will result in a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 431). The withholding tax of 15% has been applied as mandated by the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) for services rendered in Morocco.
All services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified Project Manager operating within the jurisdiction of Casablanca, Morocco, and are subject to the Moroccan tax code and applicable labor regulations.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers the complete engagement of our senior Project Manager, Dr. Salma Benkirane (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner), for the period of March through May 2025. All on-site activities were conducted at the client's premises in Casablanca, Morocco, and all deliverables have been formally accepted by the client's project sponsor.
The Project Manager provided full oversight of the digital transformation initiative, including agile sprint planning, resource allocation across the Casablanca and Rabat offices, vendor performance tracking, and weekly executive reporting. All project documentation, risk registers, and change logs are maintained in the shared project repository and have been handed over to the client's internal team.
