Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice covers the full engagement of U Thura Win Naing as the dedicated Project Manager for the Yangon Riverside Commercial Complex from January 2025 through June 2025. All services were rendered in and around Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 15 December 2024 (Contract Ref: MSA-YGN-2024-009).
The Project Manager was responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, including but not limited to: schedule management, cost control, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and all client and regulatory communications. The Project Manager operated under the direct supervision of the client's Director of Operations and reported weekly to the Golden Pagoda Construction Co., Ltd. executive team.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are inclusive of the Project Manager's professional fees, standard working hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday), and reasonable on-site presence. Overtime or after-hours emergency callouts beyond the scope defined in the Master Service Agreement will be invoiced separately at 1.5x the standard daily rate.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Yangon Project Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to suspend Project Manager services upon non-payment beyond the due date. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Yangon District Court, Myanmar, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Myanmar Contract Law.
