Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Project Manager professional services rendered between January 2025 and June 2025 for the Abuja Smart City Infrastructure Development Phase II project in Nigeria Abuja.
2. All rates quoted are inclusive of the Project Manager's professional fees, travel within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area, and standard project management tooling. Any travel outside the Abuja FCT boundary will be billed separately at cost.
3. The Project Manager services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) code of conduct and the Federal Capital Territory Development Authority regulations.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to review based on prevailing economic conditions in Nigeria.
5. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed in this Invoice and confirms that the Project Manager has fulfilled all obligations under the master service agreement dated 10 January 2025.
6. For any disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact the undersigned Project Manager within fourteen (14) days of receipt. All correspondence should be directed to the billing address stated above in Nigeria Abuja.
