Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Apex Project Management Ltd., a registered company operating in Nigeria Lagos, for professional Project Manager services rendered to Meridian Construction & Development Plc. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided above. Please reference Invoice No. APM-2025-0347 on all remittances.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Nigerian commercial practice.
- All amounts are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Project Manager services delivered in Nigeria Lagos during the billing period of 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the charges.
