Invoice Terms & Conditions – Project Manager Services in Peru Lima
- This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Payment must be received by the due date to avoid late payment penalties as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- All Project Manager services described in this Invoice were performed in Peru Lima, Peru, and are subject to Peruvian tax regulations, including the 18% IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) as indicated above.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: BCP – Banco de Crédito del Perú, Account No. 191-12345678-0-99, CCI: 002-191-000123456789-099, in the name of Andes Project Solutions S.A.C.
- The Project Manager engagement is governed by the Master Service Agreement dated January 10, 2025, between the parties. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with Peruvian commercial law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lima, Peru.
- Additional Project Manager hours beyond the scope defined in the original contract will be billed at the same hourly rate and will be subject to a separate Invoice upon completion of the additional work.
- This Invoice does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of project outcomes. The Project Manager's role is advisory and supervisory in nature, and final decision-making authority remains with the client.
- Confidentiality: All project documentation, financial data, and strategic information shared during the Project Manager engagement in Peru Lima are subject to the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed on January 10, 2025.
