Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Project Management Co. for professional Project Manager services rendered to Al-Rashid Construction & Development Group for the Jeddah Coastal Commercial Tower project. All services were performed in compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, municipal regulations applicable in Jeddah, and the terms outlined in Contract No. CTR-2025-JED-0091.
The Project Manager engagement covered the full lifecycle of the construction phase, including initial planning, active execution, quality control, safety compliance, and final handover. All on-site activities were conducted at the project location on Corniche Road, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, during the period from 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025.
VAT at the standard rate of 15% has been applied in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.
All intellectual property, project documentation, risk registers, and as-built records generated by the Project Manager during this engagement remain the property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. Al-Nakheel Project Management Co. reserves the right to withhold final documentation until payment is confirmed in full.
