Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract No: NKG-CT-2025-018) between Al-Riyadh Project Solutions Ltd. and Al-Nakheel Development Group for the provision of Project Manager services at the Olaya Commercial Tower Phase II site, Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial law.
3. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied in compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of Saudi Arabia.
4. The Project Manager services described herein include on-site presence at the Saudi Arabia Riyadh project location for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, with remote availability for urgent matters outside standard working hours.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh, in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of the governing contract.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates for Project Manager expertise in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
7. The Project Manager shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement, as required by Saudi Arabian regulatory authorities.
