Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025.
- Payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account detailed below. Cheques are not accepted for this Invoice.
- Bank: Standard Bank, Cape Town Branch. Account Name: Apex Project Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Account No: 100456789. Branch Code: 051001.
- Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated on a daily basis, in accordance with the Late Payment of Debts Act, 2011 (Act No. 3 of 2011) of South Africa.
- This Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment. In the event of non-payment, Apex Project Solutions reserves the right to suspend all Project Manager services on the Cape Town project site until full settlement is received.
- All Project Manager services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the Master Services Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between the parties.

This Invoice covers the full scope of Project Manager services delivered by Thandiwe Nkosi, PMP, for the Atlantic Coastal Development Phase II project located in Cape Town, South Africa. All hours logged have been verified against the project timesheet system and approved by the client's site representative. The Project Manager's professional fees are inclusive of all travel within the Cape Town metropolitan area. Any travel outside the Cape Town city boundary (e.g., to the Western Cape interior or other provinces of South Africa) will be invoiced separately at cost.
