Payment Terms and Conditions
- This invoice is issued by Valencia Project Solutions S.L., a company registered in Valencia, Spain, and governed by the Spanish Commercial Code (Código de Comercio). All services rendered under this invoice were performed by a qualified Project Manager or team of Project Managers operating within the Valencia metropolitan area.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC/SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX, held at CaixaBank, Valencia branch.
- As per Spanish tax regulations, a 15% IRPF retention has been applied to the subtotal. The client, Turismo Costa Azul S.A., is responsible for remitting the retained amount to the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) on behalf of the service provider.
- Any late payment beyond the due date will incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Article 20 of the Spanish Ley 3/2004 on the Fight Against Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.
- All Project Manager services described in this invoice were delivered in compliance with the professional standards set by the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos in Valencia, Spain, and the applicable project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP) as agreed in the master service agreement dated 01 March 2025.
