Payment Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the terms stipulated in Contract No. SNI-KH-2025-PM-003 between Nile Valley Project Management Co. and the Sudan National Infrastructure Development Authority. The Project Manager services described herein were rendered in Sudan Khartoum during the engagement period specified above.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank of Khartoum, Account Name: Nile Valley Project Management Co., Account No: 0045-8821-3367, SWIFT: BOKHSDKH.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Sudanese commercial law.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Project Manager reserves the right to reissue the document with updated terms.
- All amounts are denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are subject to applicable taxes as per the Sudanese Revenue Authority regulations in Khartoum.
Additional Notes
The Project Manager, Eng. Fatima Ibrahim Hassan, has fulfilled all obligations under the engagement contract for the period of January through May 2025. All deliverables, including progress reports, risk registers, quality inspection records, and financial variance analyses, have been submitted to the client's project office in Khartoum. This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for the Project Manager services rendered during the stated period. No further charges will be incurred for this phase of the project. The client is requested to review this Invoice and confirm acceptance within the stipulated payment window.
