The Project Manager services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified PMP and PRINCE2 practitioner operating under the professional standards of the Swiss Association of Project Management (SAPM). All work was conducted in compliance with Swiss labour law, the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), and applicable cantonal regulations of the Canton of Zurich.
This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Swiss law. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered or the amounts invoiced, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland Zurich, specifically the District Court of Zurich (Bezirksgericht Zürich). The applicable law governing this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the law of Switzerland.
Retain this Invoice for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with Article 957 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. This document is valid without a signature in accordance with Article 964 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, provided it is issued in a form that ensures its authenticity and integrity.
