Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. The Project Manager services rendered under this Invoice are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 March 2025 between Meridian Project Solutions Co., Ltd. and Chulalongkorn Development Group Co., Ltd.
Overdue payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law. Please reference Invoice number MPS-2025-0472 in all correspondence and remittance advices. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with our records in Bangkok, Thailand, and is available for audit purposes upon request.
Notes & Terms of Service
- All Project Manager services described in this Invoice were performed in Thailand Bangkok between 01 April 2025 and 14 June 2025, in full compliance with the contractual scope of work.
- The Project Manager assigned to this engagement, Mr. Anawat Siripong, holds PMP certification and over 15 years of experience managing large-scale commercial developments in the Thailand Bangkok region.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with Thai Revenue Department regulations. The VAT registration number and withholding tax deduction are applied as mandated by the Revenue Code of Thailand (B.E. 2564).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
- Meridian Project Solutions Co., Ltd. reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice if any clerical errors are identified within 30 days of the original Invoice date.
- All intellectual property, project documentation, and reports generated by the Project Manager during the engagement period remain the property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
