Notes & Terms
This invoice covers professional Project Manager services rendered by Dr. Selin Kaya under contract MP-2025-0047 for the Ankara Smart City Infrastructure Upgrade project. All services were performed in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the terms of the master service agreement dated 01 March 2025.
The Project Manager's professional fees are subject to 20% Value Added Tax (KDV – Katma Değer Vergisi) as mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration. A 15% withholding tax has been deducted at source in compliance with Article 94 of the Turkish Income Tax Law (GİV Kanunu).
Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası) per the Late Payment Interest Law (6183 Sayılı Kanun).
All project deliverables, reports, and documentation produced by the Project Manager remain the intellectual property of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality upon full payment of this invoice.
