Terms & Conditions – Project Manager Services Invoice
- This Invoice covers professional Project Manager services rendered by Meridian Project Solutions Ltd. for the period of May 2025, exclusively for the Bosphorus Bridge Expansion Phase II project located in Turkey Istanbul.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the terms of Contract No. CTR-2025-IST-112 and the applicable Project Manager scope of work document annexed thereto.
- The Project Manager shall maintain full professional liability insurance and occupational health and safety compliance as required by Turkish labor law (4857 sayılı İş Kanunu) throughout the duration of services in Turkey Istanbul.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice shall be subject to a separate written amendment and a supplementary Invoice issued by Meridian Project Solutions Ltd.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts stated herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Project Manager engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts and arbitration centers in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with Turkish law.
- The client acknowledges that the Project Manager's professional judgment, scheduling decisions, and risk assessments documented in this Invoice period are final and binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.
