Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax (VAT) as enforced by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region.
- All Project Manager services described herein were performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Prince2 methodology, as applicable to projects located in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted under UAE commercial law, whichever is lower.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of charges for the Project Manager engagement period specified. Any additional services beyond the contracted scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Project Manager services agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
- The Project Manager services are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in Section 14 of the Master Services Agreement. All project data, schedules, and documentation remain the intellectual property of the client.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of five (5) years in accordance with UAE tax record-keeping requirements applicable to entities operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Meridian Project Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend Project Manager services if payment is not received within the stipulated period, subject to a seven (7) day written notice to the client.
