Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all Project Manager services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 through 31 May 2025 for the Marina Tower Phase II project located in Jumeirah Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
All rates quoted are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the Project Manager's professional expertise, site supervision, and administrative coordination. Travel within the Dubai metropolitan area is included; inter-emirate travel will be billed separately at cost.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month in accordance with the terms of Contract No. ANG-PM-2025-0031 and applicable UAE commercial law.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax in the United Arab Emirates and the relevant VAT regulations issued by the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) of Dubai.
2. All Project Manager services described herein are governed by the Master Services Agreement dated 10 April 2025 between Meridian Project Solutions LLC and Al Noor Development Group FZE, both registered in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.
3. The Project Manager shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance and UAE mandatory work permit documentation throughout the engagement period. Copies of certificates are available upon request.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2005 on Civil and Commercial Arbitration.
5. This Invoice constitutes a final statement of account for the referenced service period. No additional charges for the period 01 May 2025 – 31 May 2025 shall be invoiced unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
