Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers the professional services rendered by the designated Project Manager for the Tashkent Metro Extension Phase II project during the period of May 2025. All services were performed in Uzbekistan, Tashkent, in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 01 March 2025.
2. The Project Manager's engagement includes on-site supervision at the Tashkent construction site, remote coordination with international engineering partners, and full compliance with the regulatory framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated in the contract and in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The applicable VAT rate of 12% and the 1% withholding tax have been calculated as per current Uzbekistan tax legislation.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Project Manager services shall be resolved through the Tashkent Arbitration Court, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the Master Service Agreement.
6. The Project Manager's work product, including all reports, risk registers, and project documentation delivered under this Invoice, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
