Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement signed on 05 January 2025 between ZimPro Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and Chinhoyi Mining & Industrial Holdings (Pvt) Ltd for the provision of Project Manager services in Zimbabwe Harare.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account detailed below, or in Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe's published exchange rate on the day of payment.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Zimbabwe Contracts Act [Chapter 8:01].
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Project Manager engagement fees may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
- All services rendered by the Project Manager are subject to the terms of the master service agreement. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
- The Project Manager retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, templates, and proprietary frameworks developed during the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
