- Warranty: A 12-month warranty is provided on all engineering work and software code. This warranty covers defects in design and programming but does not cover hardware failures caused by misuse or external factors.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual license to use the custom software and designs. Algiers Advanced Robotics Solutions retains the underlying intellectual property rights to the core algorithms.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Algerian commercial law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria.
