Terms and Conditions
- Scope of Work: This invoice covers all engineering labor performed by the Robotics Engineer as outlined in the service agreement dated October 1, 2023. It does not include the cost of hardware procurement, which was billed separately.
- Warranty: All programming and integration work is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning in Yangon. This warranty covers defects in code and logic but excludes damage caused by misuse or external hardware failure.
- Late Payments: Any invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding this invoice or the services provided shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
