Terms and Conditions & Technical Notes
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty interest rate of 0.1% per day as per the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Scope of Work: This invoice covers the professional services of a Robotics Engineer as detailed above. It does not include the cost of hardware components (motors, sensors, controllers) which were billed separately under Purchase Order #PO-998.
- Warranty: All engineering software and configurations provided are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance in Moscow. This warranty covers defects in code and logic but excludes hardware failures.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client retains the rights to the custom configurations and scripts developed for this specific project. Volga Robotics Solutions retains the rights to the underlying core libraries and frameworks.
- Compliance: All engineering work has been performed in accordance with relevant Russian GOST standards for industrial automation and safety.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
