This invoice represents the final settlement for the Robotics Engineering services rendered by Barcelona Robotics Solutions to TechLogistics Iberia S.L. All services were performed in accordance with the professional standards expected of a Senior Robotics Engineer in Spain. The intellectual property rights for custom code developed specifically for this project are transferred to the client upon full payment of this invoice. General libraries and frameworks remain the property of the provider.
The Robotics Engineer guarantees the functionality of the delivered systems for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance, covering defects in design and programming. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or hardware failures caused by third parties. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Data protection: Personal data included in this invoice is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD). Data will be retained for the legally required period for tax and accounting purposes.
