1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the services agreement dated September 1, 2024, between Tanzania Robotics Solutions Ltd. and Dar es Salaam Industrial Automation Corp.
2. All services were performed by certified Robotics Engineer professionals adhering to ISO 10218 safety standards for industrial robots.
3. Payment is due within 30 days. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. All work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
5. Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt.
6. This document is valid for tax purposes in the United Republic of Tanzania.
