2. All Sales Executive services rendered under this Invoice were performed in compliance with Argentine labor regulations (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo N° 20.744) and applicable provincial labor codes of Córdoba Province.
3. The Sales Executive professionals engaged under this contract are independent contractors and are not employees of Andes Corporate Solutions S.A. or Meridian Retail Group S.R.L. for the purposes of this engagement.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts stated herein may be subject to adjustment in accordance with the Consumer Price Index (IPC) published by INDEC for the Córdoba metropolitan area.
5. All intellectual property, reports, and strategic documents delivered as part of the Sales Executive territory planning and compensation structure services remain the exclusive property of Meridian Retail Group S.R.L. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
7. This Invoice is issued electronically in compliance with the AFIP (Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos) electronic invoicing system (Sistema de Facturación Electrónica) and carries the corresponding CAAE (Código de Autorización de Aplicación Electrónica) number: 0000-00000000-00000000000000.
