Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement signed between Kinshasa Business Solutions SARL and Congo Mining & Trade Group SA, effective 1 January 2025. All services rendered by our Sales Executive team are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the master service agreement registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Sales Executive services described herein include dedicated account management, market intelligence gathering, client negotiation, and sales strategy execution tailored to the DR Congo business environment. All field operations were conducted in compliance with local labor regulations and commercial codes applicable in Kinshasa and the wider DR Congo territory.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Congolese Commercial Code. All amounts are quoted in Congolese Francs (CDF) and are subject to applicable taxes as determined by the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) of DR Congo.
