Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) governing the provision of Sales Executive services between Alexandria Business Solutions Ltd. and Medina Trade & Commerce Group. All services rendered by the assigned Sales Executive, Mr. Karim Mostafa, were performed within the Egypt Alexandria metropolitan area during the stated service period.
The Sales Executive is authorized to represent Alexandria Business Solutions Ltd. in all commercial dealings within the Egypt Alexandria region. All client interactions, negotiations, and contractual commitments made by the Sales Executive during this period are binding upon both parties as outlined in the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian Commercial Law (Law No. 17 of 1999). This Invoice must be settled in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account specified below.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Sales Executive services shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Arbitration Centre in accordance with Egyptian law. The jurisdiction of this Invoice and all related contractual obligations is the courts of Egypt, Alexandria.
