Terms & Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Apex Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered entity operating in India Bangalore, for professional Sales Executive recruitment, management, and support services rendered to TechNova Industries Ltd.
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of INR 7,25,000.00 (Seven Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees Only) is due within 15 days from the date of issue, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
- All Sales Executive services described in this Invoice have been performed in accordance with the master service agreement dated 05 January 2025 between both parties, registered under the laws of India and governed by the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
- GST has been applied at the standard rate of 18% as applicable to professional and consultancy services in India Bangalore. The Invoice is issued in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Karnataka State GST Act, 2017.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying Sales Executive engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, India.
- Unpaid amounts beyond the due date shall attract a late payment interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Indian law, whichever is lower.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be re-issued with updated terms.
