Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Sales Executive Service Agreement (Contract Ref: SE-TEH-2025-019) executed between Persian Corporate Solutions Ltd. and Alborz Digital Marketing Group, both registered in Iran Tehran. The Sales Executive named herein, Ms. Fatemeh Ahmadi, has provided all services in full compliance with the scope of work defined in the master agreement.
- This Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as per Iranian commercial law.
- All amounts are denominated in Iranian Rials (IRR). The 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in compliance with the Iranian National Tax Administration regulations effective for the 1403-1404 fiscal year.
- The Sales Executive commission (Line Item 2) is calculated based on verified contract values closed during the service period. Supporting documentation is available upon request.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tehran Commercial Arbitration Center in accordance with Iranian civil and commercial codes.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and tax obligations will be required.
