Payment Terms and Conditions
This invoice pertains to professional services rendered by a dedicated Sales Executive operating out of our Milan, Italy office. All services were performed in accordance with the terms outlined in Contract REF/SE/MIL/2025/0112, governed by the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile) and applicable commercial regulations of the Lombardy region.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (Bonifico Bancario) to IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-MIL-0047 in the transfer description.
- Payment Deadline: Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the issue date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Italian Law No. 39/2019 on late payment in commercial transactions.
- Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding the services provided by the Sales Executive must be reported in writing within 10 business days of receipt of this invoice. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the billed amounts.
