Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Sales Executive services rendered in Kazakhstan Almaty during the period specified above. All services were performed in full compliance with the terms outlined in the master service agreement.
2. The Sales Executive assigned to this engagement operated under the direct supervision and coordination of both parties. All deliverables, including market reports, client visit summaries, and training materials, have been accepted in writing by the client's designated representative in Almaty.
3. VAT is applied at the standard rate of 12% as mandated by the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This Invoice is issued in electronic format and is legally valid under the e-documentation regulations of Kazakhstan.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the governing contract.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the total amount due may be subject to recalculation based on prevailing exchange rates and applicable tax adjustments.
6. The Sales Executive services described herein are non-transferable and non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Partial refunds are not applicable under the terms of this engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty.
